A 20 member Hockey Team from the SLAF is currently in India to participate in the 2nd Marshal Arjan Singh Memorial Hockey Tournament conducted by Indian Air Force (IAF) from the 16th to the 22nd of April 2019.

The Secretary of SLAF Hockey, Wing Commander HANNB Ettipola is also with the team as the Head of Delegation. The SLAF Team which is a leading Hockey Team in the Island comprises several national players in its ranks.

Further, IAF and SLAF are having similar sports exchange programmes annually in view of enhancing mutual cooperation.
