The Opening Address of No. 46 Junior Command and Staff Course
No. 46th Junior Command and Staff Course commenced on 25th August 2014 at Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay. The opening address by the Commanding Officer was held at the Junior Command and Staff College auditorium at 0830 hrs on 25th August 2014.
Total of 18 SLAF Officers in the rank of Squadron Leader and Flight Lieutenant, 03 Officers from the Army in the rank of Major and Captain, 03 Officers from the Navy in the rank of Lieutenant Commander and Lieutenant will be following this staff course for a duration of 14 weeks (25 August 2014 to 21 November 2013). Soon after the opening address, a self-introduction session by the student officers was conducted and subsequently the Directing Staff gave an overview of the course to all the Student Officers.
