Instructor Refresher Course at SLAF Station Diyatalawa

A 21day refresher course for instructor refresher course was conducted at Sri Lanka Air Force Diyatalawa on the 21st May 2012 hosting a dinning night. All training staff including officers and instructors of the Training Wing participated in the process   to refresh themselves whole heartedly. The academic staff put their every effort to give their maximum to learn, teach, practice, share, assess, evaluate and reestablish the personality pertaining to an exemplary instructor to the Sri Lanka Air Force.

Personality Development, Methods of Instructional Techniques, Physical Efficiency Training Exercises and Executive Physical Fitness Programme, Pre and post preparation aspects after completion of the training course, Overall aspects on administrative arrangements of the courses, Preparation of course document (Course Calendar, Instructor Allocation, Daily Routine, Training Programmes), Duties and responsibilities of an instructor’s primary and secondary duties (Peace / war time roll) , Training administration, Preparation of exercise orders, internal/external org notes and convoy orders, Quality and (5S  concept and other theories), Computer awareness training, Glossary of words in English language training, Custom, etiquettes and social responsibilities, Filed craft, tactics and land navigation theories, Small arms and heavy weapon theories, Health and hygienic aspects during filed training endurance march, Outdoor training management, Range firing  , Dining in Night Procedure  areas were covered during the course.
