The second Special Officer Quality Development Course for Junior Officers was conducted at Sri Lanka Air Force Diyatalawa on 14th and 15th June 2012 with a view to up lift the standard of the qualities of the Junior Officers. Twelve officers took part in this programme. The course, which covered aspects of Executive Physical Training, Military Leadership, Motivation, Responsibilities of An Officer, Mess Etiquettes and Dining Procedures was followed by a Dining out Night Parade on the final day.
