A Workshop on Cleaner Dining and Convenience Food

A Workshop on Cleaner Dining and Convenience food was conducted recently at SLAF Station Colombo by the Station Seva Vanitha Unit. The programme was conducted by a team led by the Executive Chef Saman Wijeratne from the Unilever Food Solutions. The programme was based on quick and convenient cooking methods for ladies and tips for preparation of Chinese, Italian, Thai, Indonesian and Indian dishes were demonstrated.

The Chairperson of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Neelika Abeywickrama, Deputy Chairperson Mrs. Roshani Gunathilake and ladies of Directors and Senior Staff Officers participated in this workshop on invitation of the President SVU SLAF Station Colombo Mrs. Wasantha Fernando. Lady Officers, Airwomen and wives of service personnel were amongst the participants who were benefited from this progamme.
