The passing out ceremony of the No. 52nd Non Commissioned Officers’ Management Course was held at the Combat Training School auditorium of the Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay on 10th December 2012. Air Vice Marshal CR Gurusinghe, Director Civil Engineering, of the Sri Lanka Air Force graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest.

Air Commodore SK Pathirana the Commandant of the Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay and Capt HGUT Kumara, Training Captain Eastern Naval Area- Naval Dockyard, Trincomalee witnessed the event as guests of honour.   

15193 Flight Sergeant Ponnamperuma M (Supplier Special I) won the award for the  Best All-round Senior Non Commissioned Officer whilst 27098 Corporal Attanayake AASP (Dental Technician I) was the Best All-round Junior Non Commissioned Officer. The other special award winners are as follows.
