Junior Officers’ two (02) day Quality Development Course 03/2013 was successfully carried out on the 21st and 22nd 2013 at SLAF Diyatalawa under the supervision of the Acting Commanding Officer Wing Commander SPVK Senadheera.

Practical and theoretical aspects on Leadership, Motivation, Dining Etiquettes, and Responsibilities of an officer were the key components of the training programme.

All officers who attended the course took part in a “Mock Dining in Night” with the course officers as the final event of the course.
