A two day Quality Development Course (06/2013) for Junior Officers’  was successfully carried out on the 6th  and 7th June 2013 at Sri Lanka Air Force Station Diyatalawa under the supervision of the Acting Commanding Officer Wing Commander SPVK Senadheera.

Practical and theoretical aspects on Leadership, Motivation, Dining Etiquettes, and Responsibilities of an Officer were the key components of the training programme.

All officers attended the course took part in a “Mock Dining in Night” together with the Acting Commanding Officer and course officers as the final event of the course.
