A two day Quality Development Course (05/2014) for twelve Junior Officers was successfully carried out on the 24th and 25th July 2014 at SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa to improve and empower their capabilities which carry for their future benefits under the supervision of the School Acting Commanding Officer Wing Commander Nilantha Piyasena.

Practical and theoretical aspects on Leadership, Motivation, Dining Etiquettes, and Responsibilities of an Officer were the key components which were expected to be followed by the officers who were attended at the training programme enthusiastically.
 
Twelve officers who attended the course had the opportunity of attending in a “Mock Dining in Night” together with the School Chief Instructor Cadet Training Squadron Leader Mangala Seneviratne and course officers as the final event of the course.
