First culinary carving training programme for Catering Assistants was successfully conducted at the Eagles’ Lagoon View Banquet hall, Katunayake from 14 Sep 15 to 25 Sep 15.

Final presentations and the closing address of the programme were held on 25 Sep 15. Twelve Catering Assistants representing different Academy/Bases and Stations of the SLAF participated in the training programme. The training programme which is an initiative of the Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala, was conducted under the supervision of CO No 03 L&R Wing and direction of the Director Logistics.
