The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala, conducted the AOCs inspection at SLAF Station Weerawila this afternoon (1st October 2015). The Commander, upon arrival for the inspection, was received by the Commanding Officer Group Captain PSN Fernando and accorded a guard of honour.

During the course of the inspection, the Commander visited all areas.  Concluding the inspection, the Commander addressed all ranks including the civilian staff and commended their hard work to uplift the standards of the Station  and emphasized the need to contribute their best to the Air Force as well as to the motherland at all times.
