Air Chief Marshal, Roshan Goonetilake, conducted the Annual Commander’s Inspection at SLAF Diyatalawa. A parade commanded by the Commanding Officer of SLAF Diyatalawa welcomed the Commander to the camp parade square.

Diyatalawa is the primary training establishment of SLAF and is remembered fondly by all SLAF Officers as their first touch of Air Force life, as student officers and officer cadets. Apart from the Student Officer and Officer Cadet Training, Officer Refresher Course, Gunner Instructor Course and all Combat Training are conducted at the massive and enviable training location.
