A ceremony organized to welcome newly admitted students of Sengathio Pre- School located near SLAF Station Mullaitivu was held on 18 January 2020 with the participation of students, parents and distinguished invitees.

During this event, Commanding Officer of the Station, Group Captain AN Wijesiriwardena handed over an assortment of gifts which included school bags and essential stationary items for each student of the School. Additionally, the school was provided with a white board and other necessities by the Commanding Officer.

Commanding Officer of Disaster Management Training School, Wing Commander SDDDJ Ranasinghe and Acting Commanding Officer of 37 Regiment Wing, Squadron Leader HRMLR Dissanayake, Officers and Other Ranks also participated in the event.
