“VIRU LALANABHIMANI-2022” CELEBRATION OF INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY AT SLAF ACADEMY CHINA BAY

In celebration of International Women’s Day, a special programme was held today (09 March 2022) at Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay under the guidance of the Chairperson SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs Charmini Pathirana. The event was held under the patronage of President Seva vanitha Unit at SLAF Academy China Bay, Mrs. Menaka Sonali Jayasekara.

The “Virulalanabhimani-2022” programme was conducted by National Trainer and Lecturer in positive thinking, Mrs. Ama Dissanayake. The organized lecture was conducted under the topic of “Empowering of Women” which was shared her own experiences with the audience.

The event was attended by the Officer in Charge of the Seva Vanitha Unit at SLAF Academy China Bay, Group Captain Priyadarshani Wijayanayaka, all the lady officers and airwomen at the Academy, Spouses of serving SLAF personnel and female civilian staff.
