Description

Aircraft Fabrication Welders are responsible for fabrication, welding, and structural repair of aircraft components and ground support equipment. Their work ensures structural integrity and operational safety of critical systems.

Duties and responsibilities:

Welding and repairing aircraft metal components.
Fabricating structural parts using metal sheets.
Manufacturing and repairing ground support equipment.
Ensuring adherence to engineering and safety standards. Specialized areas: N/A

GCE O/L REQUIREMENTS

Passes in 06 subjects at the GCE (O/L) Examination in not more than two sittings including Simple (S) passes in Sinhala / Tamil, Mathematics / Science.
or
Pearson Edexcel International General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) exam or Cambridge International Ordinary Level exams: Passes in 06 subjects in not more than two sittings. Passes are compulsory for English, all Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) or Mathematics.
and
Possession of NVQ Level qualification / Training from a Technical college or reputed institute and work experience in relevant fields will be an added advantage.
