Description

The SLAF plays a crucial role in communication, they handle both routine and urgent calls and help ensure smooth, effective communication across units.

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible to manage information flow, coordinate responses and maintain confidentiality, answering and transfer the phone calls (SLAF internal and External) properly.

GCE O/L REQUIREMENTS

Passes in 06 subjects at the GCE (O/L) Examination in not more than two sittings including Simple (S) passes for Sinhala / Tamil and English languages.
or
Pearson Edexcel International General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) exam and Cambridge International Ordinary Level exams: Passes in 06 subjects in not more than two sittings including English.
