Colombo Men's and Women's Inter Unit Carrom Champions 2019
Sri Lanka Air Force Station Colombo emerged Men’s and Women’s Champions at the Inter Unit Carrom Championship 2019 which was concluded yesterday (16th August 2019) at the SLAF Health Management Centre (HMC) in Colombo.
Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay became the Men’s and Women’s Runners Up. Leading Aircraftsman Kularathna RMH of SLAF Academy China Bay and Sergeant Aththanagoda AAS of SLAF Station Colombo were awarded the Best Players in the Men’s and Women’s category at the tournament.
Director Health Services of the SLAF, Air Vice Marshal (Dr) LR Jayaweera graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest. Chairman SLAF Carrom, Group Captain VTS Sirimanne, Officers and Other ranks of the SLAF were also present to witness the occasion.
