  • Introduction to HRM, HR Management Strategy, HR activities, HRM Outcomes, HRM Audit, Strategic HRM, Overview of HRM, Emerging challenges of HR, HR Functions and its importance to the Air Force, HRM as a Strategic Function.

  • Case Studies, Assignments and end of the module examination.
