Eligibility:
Have successfully completed both Basic and Advance Flying Training conducted by SLAF or have successfully completed both Basic Advance Flying conducted by a Military Academy Abroad.
Description
- Embroidered on black background
- Wings to be white colour with the letters "Sri Lanka" (in sinhala) in the center, surrounded by laurel wreath and surmounted by a National Emblem. Laurel wreath to be in brown colour. National Emblem and the letters "Sri Lanka" (in sinhala) to be in white.
- The gap between badges and the inner design of the badges is to be 1/10". The length and the breadth of the badge to be 4" x 2"

Sky Diver Badge
Eligibility:
Have successfully completed Sky Diver Course conducted either locally or training establishment abroad.
Description
- Embroidered canopy at the top, which includes seven cells of which the extreme left and right cells to be in Blue. 2nd, 4th (Center) and 6th white and 3rd and 5th cells in light blue (as shown in the picture).
- Total of eight codes (in black) to fold down from canopy to the bottom of the badge (as shown in the picture).
- Trooper whose arms are extended sideways and legs extended backwards to be positioned below the canopy (as in the picture).
- The badge to be outlined (edge) and
embroidered in black. The rest of the badge to be embroidered in light
blue.
- The badge to be on right sleeve, 3 inches below the shoulder seam.
Commando Badge
Eligibility:
Have successfully completed a Commando Course conducted by SLAF/SL Army or by a Military Establishment abroad.

Explosive Ordinance Disposal (E.O.D.)
Badge
Eligibility:
Have successfully completed a Explosive Ordinance Disposal conducted by SLAF or have successfully completed an EOD course conducted by a recognized institute abroad/locally.
Description
- Embroidered on black background, Eagle to be of white colour. Letters "EOD" to be in gold colour. The Eagle and the bomblet to be in white colour.
- Length and Breath of the badge to be 1 1/2"
X 2 1/2" gap between the edge and inner design of the badge to be
1/10.
- To be worn on the uniform shirt/jacket immediately and centrally 2/10" above the top edge of the right breast pocket and in a corresponding position of the mess kit jacket.
Flight Controller Badge
Eligibility:Have successfully completed a Flight Controller Course at a military establishment, either locally or overseas.

- Embroidered on black background. Outspread wing to be in white colour. The letters "FC" to denote Fighter Controller to be embroidered in white, in the centre of the black colour roundel, surrounded by laurel wreath. Laurel wreath to be in brown colour.
- Length of the badge
