SLAF ACADEMY CHINA BAY CELEBRATES POSON FESTIVAL
SLAF Academy China Bay celebrated this year ‘Poson Festival’ with the participation of service personnel and their families yesterday (14 June 2022).
The day’s proceedings commenced with a “Bana” Program at the Academy Shrine Room during the morning hours of the day. The day was made colourful with a lantern display which was participated by formations and sections of the Academy. All material used in creating lanterns were gathered within the Academy with minimum costs being incurred.
Dansel were also organized for those who participated for the Poson Festival. The evening’s finale was the “Poson Bakthi Gee” Program organized by the Seva Vanitha Unit at SLAF Academy China Bay with singing talents from the Academy.
