FALL OUT PARADE HELD AT SLAF COMBAT TRAINING SCHOOL DIYATALAWA

The Fall Out Parade of No. 175 Regular Airmen, No. 43 Direct Entry Volunteer Airmen and No. 137 Volunteer Airmen Recruit Courses was held at the Sri Lanka Air Force Combat Training School, Diyatalawa, on 05 October 2026.

The Vice Chancellor of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU), Air Vice Marshal Indika Wickramasinghe, called on the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe, at Air Force Headquarters today, 5 October 2026.

COMMANDER OF THE AIR FORCE DECLARES OPEN SLAF STATION MATTALA

The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe, officially declared open Sri Lanka Air Force Station Mattala on 02 October 2026. Upon his arrival, the Commander was warmly welcomed by the inaugural Commanding Officer, Group Captain Kelum Wimalarathne, and accorded a street lining ceremony.
