SLAF Cyclist LAC Buddika Warnakulasooriya won the first stage of the Tour De Hiru cycle Race which concluded in Kandy today morning. Race was organized by the Hiru FM in collaboration with Hiru TV concurrent to the 14th Anniversary celebration of Hiru FM.

The race commenced from the Sri Lanka Air Force Headquarters front when the flag signal was given by the Director of Operation Air vice Marshal GP Bulathsinghala.

Race will be conducted as a two day event from 29th to 30th June 2012 and the 2nd leg of Tour De Hiru will commence tomorrow morning at 8.30am from Kandy and conclude at Mawathagama.
