Recruits passing out in SLAF Base Hingurakgoda

A total of 409 recruits from the 143rd Regular intake & 101st Volunteer intake passed out this morning (12) at Sri Lanka Air Force Base Hingurakgoda after completing 18 weeks of training..Their training focused on Drill, Weapon Training, Military Tactics, Field Craft, Map Reading, Air Force Organization & Administration, Fire Fighting, Explosive Handling, Humanitarian Law, Air Force law, Combat First Aid  & Jungle Combat Training.

The parade was commanded by Squadron Leader Jinendra Ranasinghe, Chief Instructor Training Wing whilst parade Adjutant was Pilot Officer Udaya Kumara and Flight Sergeant Karunarathne acted as the Parade Warrant Officer.

Director Dental Services Air Vice Marshal AMB Amunugama graced the occasions as the chief guest Air Force Base Hingurakgoda.
