A Coffee Morning was hosted by Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs Samanthi Bulathsinghala for the wife of the visiting Chief of the Air Staff and President Pakistan Air Force Women's Association (PAFWA), Mrs Talat Sohail at the Officers Mess, Colombo today (08 August 2016).

Spouses of the Air Force Board of Management and Officers participated for this Coffee Morning and cultural show. This show exhibited a mix of Sri Lankan and Pakistani performing arts blended with mesmerizing dancing performances of the SLAF band. The most exciting event was the Sri Lankan traditional wedding “Poruwa Ceremony” which seized the hearts of the visiting dignitary and the audience.

Mrs Talat Sohail  also visited the Elephant Orphanage, Pinnawala, yesterday(07 August 2016). The spouse of the visiting Chief of the Air Staff was accompanied by the Chairperson SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs Samanthi Bulathsinghala and members of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit.
