The new Military, Air and Naval Attaché to the Embassy of the Russian Federation, Colonel Denis I. Shkoda paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy at Air Force Headquarters yesterday (05 September 2018).

A cordial discussion was held between the Commander and Defence Attaché on matters of bilateral importance after which official plaques were exchanged to mark the occasion.
