EOD Badge Awarding Parade at SLAF Station Palavi

The Badge Awarding Parade of the Explosives Ordnance Disposal Training School for No 37, 38 Officers and No 52, 53 Airmen EOD Basic Courses was held on 11 January 2020 at SLAF Station Palavi. Air Commodore C Wickramaratne graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The parade comprised with 5 Air Force Officers, 1 Naval Officer, 43 Airmen and 4 Airwomen. At the ceremony, 53 trainees received their certificates and badges to mark the successful completion of their EOD Basic Training.

Flying Officer KCP Bandara was adjudged the Best All-Rounder from all Officers while Leading Aircraftman Rupasinghe AW was adjudged as the Best All-Rounder from all Airmen.
