The SLAF Stations Ampara and Palaly conducted blood donation campaigns yesterday (05 May 2020) at respective Station Hospitals. The campaigns were conducted in collaboration with the Blood Banks of the District General Hospital Ampara and Teaching Hospital Jaffna respectively.

The campaigns were conducted with the aim of providing aid to the National Blood Transfusion Service to cater the demand for blood in a restricted health situation pertaining to blood product requirements in the country.
