Sri Lanka Air Force Base Hingurakgoda held its Children’s party and year end get together at the camp premises recently. The function was held under the guidance of the Base Commander, Group Captain Sagara Kotakadeniya.

The evening was enjoyable to everyone present as several entertaining activities were on the agenda. Children had the chance of enjoying a magic show and a delightful Air dog show. A range of children’s games were also held in addition to the fancy dress parade.

Meanwhile the Air Force Band and Dancing Group also added colour to the evening with a musical show. A spectacular fireworks display brought the celebrations to a close.

Around 1000 guests, including service personnel and their families were part of the celebrations.
