The Guwan Mithudam community service project was successfully concluded today (27 November 2023) at ‘Mahadivulwewa Kambakotte’ School by SLAF Station Morawewa under the guidance of the Chairperson of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Enoka Rajapaksa.
The Project involved refurbishment Reverse Osmosis Plant of this school. This project was initiated on this month and handed over to students by the Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Morawewa, Group Captain Hemantha Balasooriya.
Financial assistance for the project was jointly provided by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit and the Service Institute Fund of SLAF Station Morawewa. The Ceremony was attended by a cross-section of Officers, airmen and representatives from the school including the principal, teachers, students and parents of children.
