The SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, under the guidance of the Commander of the
Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe and the Chairperson of the SLAF
Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Krishanthi Edirisinghe, launched a special
welfare initiative commencing on yesterday (25 April 2025).
The SKAF Seva Vanitha Unit, in collaboration with Clippers Salon
Guwanpura, successfully conducted a two-day Professional Beauty Therapy
Training Session at Presbyterian Girls’ School on the 22 and 23 of April
2025.
The Seva Vanitha Unit of Sri Lanka Air Force Trade Training School,
Ekala, successfully conducted a Medical Screening Programme yesterday
(03 April 2025) at Nalanda Girls' College, Minuwangoda. This was
organized under the guidance of the President of the Seva Vanitha Unit,
Sri Lanka Air Force Trade Training School, Ekala.
The Seva Vanitha Unit of the SLAF Station Bandaranaike International
Airport conducted a grooming session yesterday (28 March 2025) in
parallel to the International Women’s Day 2025 at the station premises,
with the participation of all Lady Officers and Airwomen of the station.
A special donation of spectacles was made on yesterday (25 March 2025)
to the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit by the President of the Japan-Sri Lanka
Friendship Association, Dr. Lal Thilakarathne.
The Seva Vanitha Unit of SLAF Station Sri Jayewardenepura conducted the
Career Uplifting Programme in line with International Women’s Day 2025
on 19 March 2025 at AFHQ Sri Jayewardenepura.
With the theme "All Women & Girls: Rights, Equality and
Empowerment," the Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit proudly
celebrated International Women's Day 2025 yesterday (14 March 2025), at
the Eagles’ Lake Side Banquet and Convention Hall, Attidiya.
