The “Skill Wings” vocational training program organized by Seva Vanitha
Unit commenced in collaboration with “Forever Skin Natural (Private
Limited)” today (11 July 2025) at Air Force Headquarters.
An educational and entertainment programme for preschool students and
their parents was successfully held today (09 July 2025) at the Sri
Lanka Air Force Museum, Ratmalana.
The Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit organized a donation programme to
provide school supplies to children from socio-economically challenged
backgrounds in the Kurunegala area, with the generous support of
well-wishers.
An eye clinic and free distribution of spectacles programme was held at
Meththarama Temple, Kandayaya, in collaboration with the SLAF Seva
Vanitha Unit and I-EPEX (Pvt) Ltd.
The Guwan Mithudam Community Service Project, organized by the Seva
Vanitha Unit of SLAF Station Palaly, was successfully concluded with the
renovation and provision of access to clean and safe drinking water.
The 'Guwan Mithudam' Community Service project concluded successfully yesterday (28 June 2025), at Mahakanadarawa Dharmapala Vidyalaya and Siri Devamithra Primary Vidyalaya, by the SLAF Base Anuradhapura.
The opening ceremony of the newly established Administrative Building
and Play Station of the preschool at SLAF Station Batticaloa was held today (26 June 2025).
Fulfilling a long-standing welfare need at SLAF Academy China Bay, the ‘Little Wings’ Day Care Centre was ceremonially declared open today (25 June 2025) by the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Krishanthi Edirisinghe.
