A house constructed under the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit was handed over to the family of Sergeant Subadra PA today (06 July 2026) and the housewarming ceremony was held at Ehaliyagoda -Rathnapura. The Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Krishanthi Edirisinghe, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The project was fully funded by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, while construction was carried out by the Civil Engineering Wing of SLAF Base Katunayake. The initiative was implemented under the guidance of the Director General Constructions Engineering, Air Vice Marshal Pradeep Hewapathirana and supervised by the Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Sri Jayewardenepura, Air Commodore Buddhika Piyasiri.
