The Annual General Meeting 2026 of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit was held today at Air Force Headquarters, chaired by the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs Krishanthi Edirisinghe.
The AGM was attended by senior members of the Seva Vanitha Unit, Director of Civil Administration, Presidents and Officers-in-Charge of SLAF establishments, Coordinators and Warrant Officers-in-Charge of respective Seva Vanitha Units.
The proceedings included the reading of the previous AGM minutes by the Secretary Wing Commander Lilangi Randeni, followed by the presentation of the financial reports for 2025/2026 by the Treasurer Squadron Leader Vimukthi Paragahawaththa.
A presentation was displayed on the achievements and ongoing initiatives at camp level, together with proposed projects for 2027. Video presentation showcasing the Unit’s welfare, special projects and community service initiatives was also screened.
The AGM provided a platform to review achievements, share experiences and strengthen future planning towards the continued welfare of the SLAF community and society at large.
