SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit donated six walkers, four commode wheel chairs and one normal wheel chair to deserving family members of service personnel today (08 July 2026) at Air Force Headquarters in Sri Jayewardenepura. The occasion was graced by the Chairperson SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs Krishanthi Edirisinghe.
The assistance was provided to family members of Squadron Leader HHADKM Hettiarachchi, Warrant Officer UHAP Karunarathne, Warrant Officer SC Nishad, Flight Sergeant Chandrakumara MLR, Flight Sergeant Gunarathne PGSK, Flight Sergeant Ariyadasa WNK, Sergeant Athapaththu AMNP, Sergeant Amarakoon HMSAB, Leading Aircraftman Rathnayake AMSS, Leading Aircraftman Amarasinghe BGRM and Leading Aircraftman Sampath PKNJ. The Assistant Secretary, Treasure and Media and Project Officer and other ranks of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit attended the event.
