Under the guidance of the Chairperson of Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Enoka Rajapaksa, a special donation was conducted yesterday (29 November 2023) at the Sri Lanka Air Force Hospital Katunayake.
A wheelchair was donated to Leading Aircraftman Pradeep Kumara KGM upon his request, who is bedridden owing to a spinal code injury. This event was attended by the Chairperson of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Enoka Rajapaksa, Deputy Base Commander of SLAF Base Katunayake, Group Captain ADR Liyanarachchige, Commanding Officer of Air Force Hospital Katunayake, Air Commodore PAV Padmaperuma along with the members of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit and Seva Vanitha Unit of SLAF Base Katunayake.
