The Junior Officers’ Quality Development Course No 05/2012 was conducted successfully on 18 and 19 Oct 2012 at SLAF Station Diyatalawa.

The course programme included lectures on leadership, motivation, Mess etiquette and responsibilities of an officer and each lecture was followed with a practical exercise to further enhance their knowledge. At the end of the course, the officers attended a mock Dining Night with the CO and other officer instructors.
