SLAF Station Colombo conducts a Dengue Prevention Campaign

Sri Lanka Air Force Hospital Guwanpura and Sri Lanka Air Force Station Colombo launched a dengue prevention campaign in the vicinity of the camp area on 13 February 2013. Around 100 personnel including Officers and Airmen of the Air Force took part in this programme from 1400hrs to 1500hrs.

This campaign was conducted under the instructions of the Commanding Officer SLAF Station Colombo Air Commodore KFR Fernando.



Sri Lanka Air Force, is the only aerial arm among the Sri Lanka Armed Forces, responsible for defending the nation's airspace and supporting its sister services for all kind of operations.
