As part of the celebrations a Working Parade was held at the Parade Square it was reviewed by the Base Commander Air Cdre HMSKB Kotakadeniya. This was followed by a tree planting campaign at the Base premises and a Shramadana campaign conducted at the school for the blind at Ratmalana. The day’s proceedings concluded with an all ranks lunch.
