A two day Quality Development Course (04/2013) for Junior Officers’  was successfully carried out on the 18th and 19th April 2013 at SLAF Station Diyatalawa under the supervision of the Acting Commanding Officer Wing Commander SPVK Senadheera.

Practical and theoretical aspects on Leadership, Motivation, Dining Etiquettes, and Responsibilities of an Officer were the key components of the training programme.
 
All officers attended the course took part in a “Mock Dining in Night” together with the course officers as the final event of the course.
