A Beauty Culture and Personnel Grooming Programme were conducted at SLAF Station Diyatalawa recently under the guidance of the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Neelika Abeywickrama.



The event was coordinate by the President of the Station Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Shanika Fernando in collaboration with Dreamron Cosmetics Ltd at the Station Assembly Hall of SLAF Station Diyatalawa. Mrs. GPG De Silva a facilitator from Dreamron Cosmetics Ltd conducted a presentation on Beauty Culture and Self Grooming.



Over three hundred participants were educated on facials, hair ironing, head massage and their effects on a person’s beauty and personality. The workshop ended with a hair dressing, facial, hair and skin caring demonstration conducted by the staff of the Dreamron Cosmetics Ltd with the participation of SLAF personnel. The vote of thanks was done by Flight Lieutenant DLSC Liyanage the Officer in Charge of the Seva Vanitha Unit SLAF Station Diyatalawa.



The Commanding Officer Group Captain WWPD Fernando, Mrs. Shanika Fernando the Chairperson of the Seva Vanitha Unit SLAF Diyatalawa,Wing Commander SPVK Senadheera Officer Commanding Training, Officers, Airmen, Airwomen, their family members and Civilian Staff were actively participated in the programme.
