The Seva Vanitha Unit of the SLAF Base Katunayake conducted an exhibition of Structured Cakes, birthday cakes, Embroidery, Saree- works as well as Garments recently at the Base Cafeteria. The participants were personal from the Cake, Dressmaking and Tailoring classes which were held for the members of SVU SLAF Base Katunayake.Winners of all categories were awarded valuable prizes by the organizing committee.    

The Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Neelika Abeywickrama graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The Base Commander SLAF Base Katunayake Air Commodore SK Pathirana, Chairperson of the SVU of SLAF Base Katunayake Mrs Chamini Pathirana, Officers and Other Ranks were also present on the occasion.
