The Seva Vanitha Unit of SLAF base HIngurakgoda organized a programme entitled ‘Liyawaruna - 2014’ recently to mark “Women's Day – 2014”.

Conducted under the patronage of the Base Commander the programme consisted of a lecture on Women and Nutrition conducted by the SHO Medicine of the General Hospital Polonnaruwa Doctor Tharanga Kulathilaka, a cookery demonstration and a Beauty Culture programme. The Lady Officers and Airwomen of the SLAF Base Hingurakgoda participated.
