Air Chief Marshal Arup Raha visits SLAF Academy China Bay

The visiting Chief of the Air Staff of the Indian Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Arup Raha visited the Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay today(17 July 14).  He was received by the Commandant of the Air Force Academy, Air Commodore Sagara Kotakadeniya.
 
The guests were then conducted to the No 1 Flying Training Wing.

Mrs Raha visited the SLAF Pre School where she met with the children and the staff and enjoyed a special concert prepared in her honour.

The delegation also enjoyed a boat ride in the Trincomalee harbour area and visited Eagles Golf Links and Koneshwaram Temple, Trincomalee.  The IAF Chief also visited the IOC facility in Trincomalee.

The Commandant and the Officers of the Air Force Academy China Bay hosted the Visiting Air Chief and his entourage to dinner at the Air Force Resort at Marble Beach.
