Commander Visits Sri Lanka Air Force Regiment Training School, Vanni
The Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kolitha Gunatilleke conducted his annual visit of SLAF RTS Vanni on 24th Jul 2014.
The Commander, upon arrival for the visit, was received by Wing Commander SN Fernandopulle through a street lining of airmen commanded by Flying Officer BHMD Gunathilake.
During the course of the visit, the Commander declared open the new Corporals' and Airmens' social club. A Certificate of Commendation was awarded by the Commander to 023134 Leading Air Craftman Lakmal WMN (Carpenter III) for his outstanding meritorious work.
Concluding the Visit, the Commander addressed all ranks of the SLAF RTS Vanni, and while appreciating the commendable job they had done, encouraged them to set and reach even higher goals.
