With the view of facilitating numerous requests made by the NOKs of servicemen Killed in Action (KIA), Disabled in Action (DIA), Deceased while in service and serving personnel, monetary relief measures were granted to NOKs of KIA and service members as housing loans through the Ranaviru Welfare Fund (RWF) and Central Welfare & Rehabilitation Fund (CW&RF).

 
The donation ceremony was held on 05 Aug 2014 at the Seva Vanitha Unit, AFHQ Colombo under the patronage of the Chairperson of SLAF SVU Mrs. Roshani Gunatilleke.

Air Cdre PDA Maristella was also present at the occasion.
