With a view to facilitate the children of KIA personnel, the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit launched another scholarship programme for children of war heroes with the generous contribution of well wishers.

In this context,well wishes contributed monetary grants to assist above children through the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit. Thirteen (13) school going children of KIA personnel were selected for this donation programme and the donation ceremony was held on 26 August 2014 at the Seva Vanitha Unit, AFHQ Colombo under the patronage of the Chairperson of SLAF SVU Mrs. Roshani Gunatilleke.
