World Children’s Day celebrates at Air Force Museum at Ratmalana
In commemorating the World Children’s Day, a special programme for children was held at the Air Force Museum at Ratmalana, under the distinguished patronage of First Lady Madam Shiranthi Rajapaksa.
More than 850 kids attended this event organized by the Carlton Pre-School Network. Number of entertainment activities was conducted for the enjoyment of the kids who attended the event.
Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal KA Gunatilleke, Chairperson Seva Vanitha Unit of Sri Lanka Air Force Mrs. Roshani Gunatilleke, Base Cmdr Sri Lanka Air Force Base Ratmalana Air Commodore PDKT Jayasinghe and Commanding Officer Air Force Museum Ratmalana Wing Commander CB Liyanage were present at the occasion. On conclusion, Chairperson Seva Vanitha Unit of Sri Lanka Air Force presented a plaque to First Lady commemorating this special event.
