Commander's Annual Inspection of SLAF Base Hingurakgoda
The Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kolitha Gunatilleke conducted his Annual Inspection of SLAF Base H’ingurakgoda on 22 May 2015.The Commander reviewed the parade which was commanded by the Base Commander Group Captain Sampath Wickramarathne.
Certificates of Commendation was awarded during the parade to 40077 LAC Pabasara KWI (Operation Ground III) for the valuable service he rendered to the development of the Air Force.
Concluding the inspection, the Commander addressed all ranks of the Base. While praising the commendable job they had done the Commander emphasized that these Annual Inspections contribute toward the development of the organization. He encouraged them to set and reach even higher goals.
