The Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala, honoured being invited as the chief guest at the Ranaviru felicitation ceremony of D.S. Senanayake College held in front of the Ranaviru Memorial of the College grounds on 31 march 2016 .

The ceremony was organized by the Past Pupils' Association 1999 group of D.S. Senanayake College.
