The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala conducted the Annual AOC's Inspection of the SLAF Station Mullaittivu today (01 April 2016).
 
The Commander was welcomed by the Commanding Officer Wing Commander TMAB Mayurawasala and was accorded a Street Lining commanded by Flight Lieutenant NK Thilakaratne.

The Commander declared open the newly constructed LAC's Social Club and Corporal's Social Club and awarded a Certificate of Commendation to 18731 Flight Sergeant Mendis APNN (Ops Grd) in appreciation of his meritorious contributions to the Station in particular and to the Air Force in general.

On conclusion of the inspection, The Commander addressed the Officers, other rankers and civil staff of the Station. The Commander expressed his appreciation and encouraged them to set and reach higher goals in future for the betterment of the organisation.
